3D model of the humanoid robot frame — rotate it in your browser
64 parts, 1,720 mm tall, fully bolted. Rotate the 3D model in your browser, switch to exploded view, download .GLB/.STL.

Following the 2D drawing set, RRR Vietnam has built a 3D model of the humanoid robot frame — 64 parts, 1,720 mm tall, fully bolted together. The model can be rotated right in your browser and downloaded as a 3D file.

1. Overall

The three colour groups show the design principle: red marks the joints (shoulder, elbow, hip, knee, ankle), light grey the hollow limb links — the parts that move most and must stay light, dark grey the torso and pelvis — the load-carrying parts built for stiffness.
2. Exploded assembly

No assembly is welded to another. Replacing one damaged thigh link does not mean scrapping the whole leg — that is the difference between a frame built for a prototype and one built for series production.
3. Pelvis – hip – thigh – knee

This is the hardest assembly. The two Ø62 H7 bearing bores must be concentric within 0.02 mm and exactly 190 mm ± 0.05 apart, so they are bored in one setup on a horizontal boring machine. The housing is bolted with 6 × M5 on a Ø90 bolt circle; the thigh flange is Ø92 with a Ø44 H7 location bore and 4 × M6 on a Ø68 bolt circle.

Downloads
- View the 3D model in your browser — rotate, zoom, exploded view
- Download .GLB — opens in Windows 3D Viewer, Blender, or any browser
- Download .STL — for 3D printing and CAD/CAM
- Download the four 2D drawings (PDF A3)
The model was built by RRR Vietnam to illustrate frame layout and machining capability. Final dimensions always follow the customer's own drawings.
