Humanoid robots are moving out of the lab: major technology companies are putting artificial intelligence into machine bodies so robots can perceive, reason and work alongside people on factory floors and in logistics. Each machine needs hundreds of tight-tolerance mechanical parts — actuator joints, structural frames, protective housings. RRR Vietnam is building its machining capability for exactly this group of components.

Our engineers review drawings together with the customer and propose the optimal machining method and material from the prototype stage, shortening the lead time to mass production.
International quality standards
The plant is equipped with Oxy Gas, Plasma and fiber laser cutting machines and CNC machining centers. The process is standardized from trial production and training through machining to quality management for mass production.
Reliable, traceable materials
All raw steel meets JIS/ASTM standards and is managed by lot code so every processed part is traceable: SS400, S45C, SM490A, plate, shaped steel and flatbar.
